1. General Policies
All products offered are made with high-quality materials and under strict design and customization controls. By making a purchase, the customer accepts the policies described here. It is recommended to carefully review the product description, colors, measurements, and customization details before confirming the order.

2. Personalized Products
Personalized items are manufactured according to the specifications provided by the customer (name, color, design, text, etc.). For this reason, no exchanges or returns are accepted on personalized products, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on the part of the company.

3. Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges or returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product received has manufacturing defects.
  • The delivered product does not match the one ordered.
  • The product arrived damaged during shipping.

To request an exchange or return, the customer must:

  1. Notify us of the problem within 3 business days of receiving the order.
  2. Send clear photographs of the product and the original packaging.
  3. Wait for confirmation from the customer service team before sending any return shipment.

Once the exchange or return is approved, one of the following options will be offered:

  • Replacement of the product at no additional cost.
  • Issuance of a coupon for the value of the product.
  • Partial or full refund, as applicable.

4. Product Conditions for Returns
The item must be in its original packaging, without signs of use, washing, or alterations. Returns of products damaged due to misuse or improper handling will not be accepted.

5. Shipping and Costs
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the error or defect is the company’s responsibility. In such cases, the company will cover the corresponding shipping costs.

6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within the first 12 hours after purchase, provided the customization process has not yet begun. Once the design or production work has started, it will not be possible to cancel the order.
